DEALER AGREEMENT
To make it easier for interested parties to find the items offered on our website, Thornhill Enterprises, Inc. is adding web links to our dealer's sites. A dealer is defined as a company that stocks four or more different saddles, and that honors customer requests by promptly bringing in from us the desired item (when not in their stock). Selling our prospect a competitive product without first attempting to satisfy the customer request is considered a breach of this agreement. The basis for removal of the link will be lack of service for Thornhill Enterprises, Inc. products to website visitors. Since this is a free service, the undersigned recognizes that the addition and removal of dealer's name is at the discretion of Thornhill Enterprises, Inc.

I would like to be included as one of Thornhill Enterprises, Inc. dealers on your website. I agree to offer Thornhill's saddles and other products at a fair price to anyone that wants the same from us.
